What I love most about being a newborn photographer is that I get to witness and capture couples growing into parents. This is even more special, when I’ve known the couple beyond that journey, like Matt and Alyssa. Alyssa is my baby sister and she met Matt back in college. They continued their journey together after college and got married a few years later, this year this lovable family grew by one.  

Now as parents, they continue to grow together. Seeing my baby sister as a mom has been amazing for me, and as they welcomed little Nicholas to their home it was a complete dream for our entire family. We were able to also introduce to Nicholas his first cousin, Jaime Alberto, who was born just 3 weeks earlier, and with that we were able to get them together for part of their session, which made this session even more special.

One of my favorite features of this cute little nursery, is the woodland mobile created from scratch and with a lot of love by our mom. It came out so beautiful and it brought a lot of life and personality to Nicholas’ room.
